Service Not Delivered on Time:
If we are unable to deliver your service, such as Driver license, ID Card, Residence permit, MPU certificate, Boat license, and the Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis (Police Clearance Certificate), within our promised timeframe of 5 days, you are entitled to a full refund. We value your time and will always communicate promptly if any delays arise.
Mistakes on Our Part:
If the document you receive is incorrect or incomplete due to an error on our part, we will not only rectify the mistake at no extra cost, but we’ll also ensure that your needs are met. If we can’t correct the issue to your satisfaction, we will gladly issue a full refund.
Cancellation Before Processing Begins:
If you choose to cancel your service before we begin processing your application, you are eligible for a full refund. However, please note that once we start processing, the costs are incurred, and refunds will not be possible.
- If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
- If you return an order delivered to you, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Unforeseen Circumstances:
Situations beyond our control—like natural disasters or sudden changes in government policy—may lead to delays. In such cases, while we will do our best to mitigate issues, refunds will not be available.

Our refund policy is not guaranteed after one month. We have encountered cases of refund requests after three months, and we have observed that some of our customers who have lost or had their driver’s license suspended for traffic violations often seek refunds. For cases like this, we kindly request that our customers return the driver license or document that was initially provided to them if they wish to request a refund after one month. We can only evaluate your refund request through this method.
